  • Premier charge notice for 19mins help please

Pcn i got issued this pretty fast and have responded i'll add screen shots of whats happened.

I paid for parking at the machine in Exeter , paid by card 3x times the first time it timed out the next 2x times it took payment twice , which was confusing? looking at my phone it had taken it 2 times and one refunded a little later ? i thought i'll see if i can claim that back later , anyway looked at my phone again and it says i've been refunded 3.50 which is good but thought i wonder if something will come of this ?..

Any way i stayed for 2 hrs back in time and about to leave with other lorrys coming in and out blocking exits at the time marques lgv for the christmas stands ,when i left i got issued a ticket (pcn)for Whole period of parking not paid for..

I responded saying i paid that day and thats all i said ,proved by sending a screen shot of me paying the machine for £3.50 from a bank statement .

Now i have a reply saying its rejected ,i guess this would happen as they would of had to gone to dvla to get the address of the vehicle its registered to which all costs money .
still demanding the money as i over stayed by 19mins ,so 2hrs 19mins at a cost of 100 or reduced rate of 60 blah blah you've heard all this before .

you cant see the number plate but somehow they have blown it up.

Not sure what to do or where i stand now ? i know its an invoice , do i appeal to POPLA which im not sure what it is really just wanted to get this up and go from there .

    thanks J

    uploaded some really small images
