Hi,
I need help. I find out today then my van it's untaxed when I called the DVLA after 4 hours we get to the conclusion then my van has been cloned then untaxed and I need to wait until investigation will end which means up to 2 months. During that period I can't drive the car as it's apparently permanently off the road even last DD was taken on 01/02/2021
Can DVLA ask to not drive untaxed van even if it's taxed which can be confirmed by my bank statement and their database too.
