URGENT - Case won, how to strike out 2nd follow up case.

Hello! Long story short - Parking company has decided to bring forward 2 cases against the motorist regards to unpaid parking tickets... Well it has now been decided that the first case has now been dismissed after attending court.

The 2nd case is identical and only differs on dates - How do I write to the court / judge in asking to dismiss the 2nd case based on the first case being dismissed... Also the Defence for the 2nd case is also now due...
