  • Single Justice Proceditr Notice - Paid fine already

    Hello,

Today I have received a letter in the post for a single Justice procedure notice, but I am confused because it contains charges of three different offences when two of them I already paid the fine for and plead guilty. It was the third offence I wanted to contest in court.

The two fines that I already plead guilty to and paid the fines for were regarding driving a car with no registration plates, one fine for the front number plate and one fine for the rear number plate. So I don't know why these two fines have been included in this single Justice procedure notice when I paid the fine for these several months ago already. Furthermore, on the letter it is still asking me to choose whether I plead guilty for these to offences or not, when as I mentioned I have already done so.

Does anyone have any guidance on what I can do about this because my intentions were not to even take these two offences to court in the first place, it was the third offence. I made this very clear when I sent an email to DVLA once paying the fines for the other two offences.
