2 years ago me and family broke down in our car, we had no breakdown cover so there and then we joined the RAC in order to get recovered .We took out a years membership and paid the charge for getting rescued.
9 months later we get a different car so I ring the RAC to change vehicle details to hear from them that they have no record of us or the old vehicle. As we only had 3 months left on the deal we decided to just leave it and we would solve it if we did need them again.
Now 2 years later they have taken £69 out of our account without any letter or reason given.
Obviously I know I can get my money back but I want compensation from this joke of a company , how dare they operate in this way. Do I deserve any compensation?
