I visited a Highview Carpak outside a McDonalds burger didn’t realise it had the parking restrictions. As we’ve never been before or had a problem at any other McDonalds. We met with 3 other families and while in the restaurant we had a lot of problems with orders etc.. we over ran the parking by 40mims and 10 days later all 4 of us received pcn for £60 each. We have been appealing to McDonald’s that it’s their fault but they don’t care and say they have not authority. We don’t believe them but what do we do? It was a cheap half term lunch out with the kids that’s turned into a nightmare
