  • Change of mind when buying a car

Hello, it’s my first time on here so here goes !
I dealt with a car dealer online and was going to buy a car from them but changed my mind as I couldn’t afford the repayments. I’ve never seen the car only via photographs. I was reluctant to sign the electronic finance agreement but the salesman reassured me that should I change my mind then there wouldn’t be any charges and I would receive my deposit back as well as everything being cancelled. However, the finance company are chasing me for payments and have said they know nothing about the cancellation.. motor dealer isn’t responding to my emails, messages and phone calls. I would appreciate your advice what to do next ..
