First post from me, but long time reader. Firstly, just to say that this a great resource of information and a thank you to everyone who posts advice and for the templates. I used the info from the forums and the template letters for my VT with Black Horse and wanted to share my experience.
I sent Black Horse my VT notice at the start of the week using the template letter from this site. I spoke with them today and they have confirmed they have accepted the letter and processed the VT - had no arguments about signing their termination pack, or for payment of collection fees. BCA are due to get in contact next week to arrange collection.
Will update as it progresses and closes out.
