Hi I've got a summons to court for the above bike insurance
My bike insurance ran out on the 9th January 2018 but I didn't sorn it off road, it was locked away in garage.
My car insurance was due on the 14th March 2018 and wanted them both to start on the same day
So both was insured on 14th March
My first ride was on the 19th April 2018and logged on Facebook with pictures and dates hadn't been ridden for 8 months I only do 30-100 miles a year
I was going through a lot of stuff in Jan about my job email as proof., I eventually left my job in March and got a new one
Questions, it says I've got to do a satemant do I do this and just take it with me or do I need to submit it to court before the date
