  • DVLA revoke

    Hi

I was involved in a rta back in May. I've since discovered the police reported the event to DVLA and they revoked my liceance on medical grounds due to me fainting.

the police have reported the events in the wrong order however I have now found out. They say I blacked out then crashed even though my partner and I both agree I brought the car to a halt and had it not been for.the hidden ditch I'd of simple swopped seats and my partner would of driven to the services. I also have dash cam footage of the car slowing down and going onto hard shoulder

whilst driving on the m1 I started to feel.unwell, sweating and dizziness. I pulled over to the hard shoulder and onto the grass verge where there was a over grown ditch which the car slid into too. The speed was well under 15 mph where I momenterrally pass out.

my doctor and my works doctor both agree that this was a isolated incident caused by vasovagal syncope.

I forwarded the letters from the doctors to the DVLA bit have since been informed they ate up holding the 6 month revoke as they disagree with this diagnoses ??

how can I prove my medical.fitness to them as this is now having a huge impact on my job ? I'd appreciate any advice on this.
