In my absence, if Equita are aware of my letting agent, would they contact the letting agent, and can the letting agent grant access to my apartment via a master key? What if the letting agent writes to me and says, we would like to inspect the property, giving 24 hours notice? Can they get the Equita bailiff in that way?
