  • Council Tax Bailiffs

Hi need sole advise, i have a outstanding council tax bill of £1600, i spoke to the bailiffs head office and sent in a income and expenditure form but they claim they mever recieved, after 5 days of returning it via email a bailiff came to the house and gained access, when no one was in and a door was open. As she walked in i returned home and she demanded the payment in full i advised her i cant pay in full she said i have 5 days to pay it, and she left i contacted then office and they were not intrested to speak to me, i called the bailiff and offered to pay £150 of the debt and £50 every week to clear the balance and she womt take my payment and have refused. Now she keeps calling me and demanding the payment in full and threatening to gain access with a lock smith. She never completed a walking possession agreement or got anything signed from me. Is there anything i can do i have spoke to the council and they are saying they wont request the debt back from the bailiff as they have put on chargers. Can they break my locks and gain entery shes treatening me by saying she will clear the whole house out
