Deed of varation title plan

After a long legal battle with my neighbour we agreed to Seattle in mediation. Deed of varation drawn up and new title plan stamped by DS Judge county court
no date it had to be auctioned by...
i paid my share of legal cost to neighbour Sols to lodge with LR. a year later this has not been done....
we are joint freeholders....
any advice
what problems when selling. help please
