Hi I am coming to the end of my three year bankruptcy in July my mortgage ends in July , I have an endownment mortgage it has under performed my trustee is taking 50% which dose not leave me much to settle my mortgage , I have asked Sainsburys for an extension they have point blank told me know there mortgage book is closed & if I do not pay them what I owe within two months they will gain a warrant , my wife & I have steady jobs but I will not be able to get a mortgage due to my bankruptcy I feel Sainsburys are being very inflexible can anybody advise me of my rights .
Sainsburys mortgages being unhelpfull
