I have been 'shopping around' on the net to find out how much it would cost me in Estate Agents Fees and Solicitiors Fees if i want to sell. It seems quite competitive out there and the lowest fees for an Estate Agent that i have come across is PurpleBricks where their fee is £695 + VAT. What figure am i realistically looking at to cover these costs? Naturally i don't want to end up paying them more than i have to. Thanks
