I have a wooden fence to the side of my property that has been broken for nearly two years. We have spoken to our neighbour about repair but so far he has done nothing. Now with the high winds it has affected our back gate. We cannot enter or leave our garden via the back gate because the fence is now broken so badly that it is trapping the lock on the back gate. I spoke directly to our neighbour yeterday morning (Friday 4 Feb) to inform him that the fence has now affected the back gate and that I cannot gain ingress or engress. His reply was that he 'would get it sorted'. My question is how long do I wait before I take any action.
