How do I manage this?

So we ended up renting a property after a divorce that was then condemned by Environmental Health. We ended up on the housing register but live in an area where there is no housing stock, social or otherwise and privately rented is really expensive. My eldest son decided to move home and said he would pay half the rent on a property if we could find one he liked. So that's what we did. Now he has moved out and we cant make ends meet at all, we won't make the rent this month and the tenancy is just in my name. Its a fixed contract until August. Ive applied for housing again but I dont know what to do. I have a brain injury and it means I shut down when there is stress around.
