  • Scaffolding on my land

    Hi
my neighbours have just had their planning permission appeal approved for their double story side extension to their property . They are building right up the the boundary between our houses and will need to use our path for the scaffolding for the build.
    I have two questions really,
1)where do I stand if I refuse them permission, what would happen if they proceeded to put the scaffolding on my land when I have said no? The reason for this is it’s our only access into our garden and we have two young children.
    2) if I did agreed to the scaffolding being put on our land what would I charge and who drafts an agreement? Would the cost lie with them to get an agreement written up or myself?

    thank you
