Dear LegalBeagles,
Urgent advice is needed as we have a horrible neighbour who is causing all sorts of grief but the latest is that his Septic tank ( located firmly in our land near our Shed) has its pipework running also within our property where we would like to lower the ground level as part of our renovation. Can they stop us doing this? We can of course reroute the pipework- do we need their permission? Because we wont get it!!
Also I know that he hasnt upgraded his tank in line with SEPA regulations ( upgrade required before 1 Jan 2020) as it hasnt been touched.
Thanks in advance
Daxi
