Hi Guys
We have a managmenet company which 6 of us are all members of to manage our building of 6 flats, one of the Directors has another business that has gone into liquidation and this perspon has also apparantly been struck of as the Director of that Company..
Does that have any affect on them being a Director of our Management company ? Also this Director who is an owner of one of the flats has various breaches against them for breach of Lease...if they are removed as a Director of our management company can we still sue them in Lease Tribuneral for all the breaches ?
