Lease extension s42 and s45 counter notice

Hi we have sen't notice to our FH to formally extend our lease, the FH solicitor has responded at the 11th hour with a counter notice s45.
They signed the notice 'JB leitch real estate Ltd' in pen
Id like to know if the signature on the counter notice is a valid signature and could this make their notice invalid. As i don't believe it was signed by a natural person.
