Following the purchase of a new property (not a flat) in a small development, we have discovered that a few of the properties have been/are being 'transferred out' of the 'Estate' (as defined in the Deeds), possibly to a 'Holding Company' controlled by the Developers, who are now renting out these properties. This is delaying the handover of the RMC to the Residents, but also raises potential 'issues' regarding how costs will be calculated and apportioned. Does anybody have any thoughts on this matter please? Thank you
