Claiming for mis-sold endowment ? too late

Hello,
I am thinking about going for a mis-sold endowment policy which was sold to me a few years ago. I ended up cashing it in when I started panicking when they were not going to reach their target.

There is some new guidence I think from the oft re comission paid to brokers re endowment.
