my ex wife disappeared some six years years ago, she left my daughter and i to join a cult somewhere in the highlands of Scotland but we were divorced, since then a string of debts appeared at my house, but 3 or four years before she left, she had acquired a charge for two cars on our property, i sent one car back, but there is still one on the charge, no one can contact her no one knows where she is the restriction is in her name not mine and now it is causing me problems, i still get letters of demand for debts she acquired since she has gone, i heard three months ago that she had remarried in scotland and now has a different name . what can i do ?
