Statutory declaration attachments of earnings

Hi all i went to sign a stat declaration on Thursday for a tv license fine. Didnt receieve any letters as they were sent to a previous address. So they took 222 from my salary last month does anyone know how long it takes to get this back? They accepted my reason in court and said id be refunded but didnt say a timescale. They were quick enough to take it and i want it back. I called the fine place they tell me to ring the court ring the court they tell me to ring the fine place :@
