I attended a court 7 days ago for a personal injury claim , it was heard by a crown court judge , the defendant supplied my solicitor with one bundle of documents that was paid for the other bundle was not disclosed . In court under cross examination I was ask if I saw the bundle I replied yes the defendants arrested then pulled out the bundle I had not seen and passed it to the judge he then decided it was truthful and asked me and my legal team to leave for 15 min to come back with evidence to prove him wrong we could not,so my barrester discontinued case, I now realise firstly these documents should of been disclosed as they were 1,500 of them and now I realise these were fabricated to mislead judge I can't appeal as my case was discontinued any advice much appreciated thank you
