  • Need Advice on a massive loan

Hello.. need sime advice please.. this will be pretty long.
    Many years ago....

my dad started two family members on a journey of private education to become doctors. My dad paid for the first years fees and tgen fell ill.

My mother ( who hasnt worked always been a house wife ) and my father who now was not working turned to me for financial support.

It was decided by the family and me i would use my savings that my mother had stock pilled and my earning ( i was working ) to pay for the fees, living accomodation and everything else attached.

It was agreed by all of us that they would start to payme once they started to work (after they graduated)

After 5 years of hard work and a long slog and with my savings now empty they graduated approx 5 years ago.

Now doctors and registras i presented an invoice / billing to ask them to start to pay me back.

One of them has paid me 10k back and has promised to contiune to pay me lump sums every year..
The amount for both of them is around 190,000k. Thats one hundred and ninghty thousand pounds!

The other family member has decided not to pay me.

She claims it was my brotherly responsbility! I need this money so i can build my future.

I started work at 14, i have recipts for most of the transactions as they were bank deposits.

If this was a few thousand pounds one can forget and move on. This is all my lives earnings and savings.

The amount is too large to take her to small claims. I have tired chatting to her, se t my parents around shes not intrested in paying me back.

    Ideas and advice please.
