  • Wage cut

My daughter who is a dental nurse left her employment in September 2015 to go back to full time education, she is still employed by the dental practice on a part time basis. When she left she was given a P60 but did not sign any other contract (part time or otherwise) today she discovered that she is being paid minimum hourly wages and has been since October 2015, she was never informed of these changes, my question is; does her employer have the right to do this?
