im going to start at begining but my spelling not the best so bare with me please guys and girls.
i went into partnership with a freind into car sales and well after 3 years it was all going well untill he turned up and sprung his son at my door saying this is our xxxxxx hes going to be working with you and ive spoken to accountant and he thinks its ok.
so i auto re act as i think he should of came to me 1st since i own half the company.so i was not haveing it as i have a 21 year old son myself and ive run the company on my own for the 3 years and all run perfect.so if anyone came in i think it should of been my choice as i run it.fair due?.
anyway went from bad to worse he locked the door one day when i was out changeing locks so i couldent get in to unit.and then came to me and said how can i prove half the stock is mine.which i could as he never new i had memorandum.anyway in the end cut along story short i got rid of him bought him out.and gave him all the books for the accountant and the paperwork too as far as i was concerned we had few cars left to sell and he was out of here.
so over the time i sold the cars gave him his money kept the reciepts for new owners and everything.then 12 months later hes come back saying i owe him 15.000 for 4 cars which i neew was a lie.so i said to him bring me all the books paperwork and accounts ect back from the accountant and ill prove to you in there i have paid you.
so he vanishes for 8 more months but inbetween this 8 months he starts going to my family saying im haveing all kinds of women in my works and unit to cause unrest at my home.which it did as my mrs was in tears and my kids have been so stressed out.so ive felt like going mad at him because no man trys to do this to another mans family.
anyway cut to the point he comes back months later into my office sits down and says xxx and i say yes xxxxxxx.he says xxxxxxx the accountant has gone and burnt all the books and accounts.so i say whys he done that xxxxxxx when that has all the proof of my cars in there.so he replies its toxic towards him,so i say i dont understand xxxxxxx so he says its bad news towards him.
but as he says all this little to his knowledge ive got it all on cctv camera which now i have on disc locked up in my safe.
anyway after the meeting and his once piece of paper he turns up with with his hand writing on to show i owe him 15.000. he gets nasty asssualts me on camera.so i have him arrested charged and now hes due in court 17th next month for assualt.
but this man owns a big massive pub is well rich and now hes walking about his pub spreading nasty roumers saying to people who live on my estate that i have lots of women in my unit so they go back upset my mrs and kids and so he thinks i will drop the charges against him.
im just wondering if i can do anything more to take him to court to prove i owe him nothing so i can bring all my evidence and he brings all his and we let a judge sort it out.as this man is causeing so much misery and is bullying and intimidating me and my family.he has also been walked up to my mrs and said nasty things to to try get me to break.someone help try give some guidence please
