  • Protecting myself online?

Hi, I would like to write about my experiences going about a normal activity and dealing with a number of companies.
I would like to write a short blurb in the About Blog area which explains what my blog is about.

If I were to write something like,

This blog is about me going about my daily activity and dealing with people and companies along the way. The views expressed in my blog are my own and are posted without prejudice.

Would this protect me legally? I don't intend to make things up, but just write an honest account of how I find things. I am just worried if I ever have a negative experience, and write about it, a company may come after me.

Any help or advice would be really good
