Removing a Default on Credit Files

Hi

Can you tell me how to get Sky Card to remove a default on my credit file as a result of their charges please?

The balance of the card is over it's credit limit, and their charges amount to more than the overlimit amount too.

Is there wording that I need to include on the Prelim to get them to remove/amend the information on my credit file?
