  • Legal Aid - what do they use?

Am being taken to crown court. Details of which are immaterial.

However, I have applied for Legal Aid, and it has come back refuse because disposable income is above the threshold.

Ok, I earned a fair wage upto the point of claiming for legal aid. On sorting the application out, I sent a copy of my expenditure to my Solicitor for information and such, and it appears that this has not been forwarded on.

According to LA, I have far more "disposable" income than is actually correct.

Where do I stand with challenging this?

I know I have to claim for a "hardship claim" for revew of LA.
