Application to amend after notification of Strike out/summary Judgement

Hi,

I have received a notification from the defendant that they want to strike out my claim/seek summary judgement (KBD)

Can I file an application to seek permission from the court to amend my particulars of claim concurrently to this ?.

Do I need to give them 3 days notice before filing the application or can I just file and serve it on them ?.

Any advice would be appreciated !
