Hi after a bit advice please.
The company offers courses to gain qualifications that are needed for employment in a winter sports sector.
Attended a course in 2020 (uk company but this particular course doesn’t run in the uk, had to be abroad) approx cost £3000 (flights/hotel/food/course cost)
Failed the course on one element, (37.5% of attendees failed on the same thing) prior to 2019 it wasn’t part of the course.
Contacted the company and was given market forces and quality of the qualification was the reason it had been introduced and they had no intentions of removing it (email dated April 2021)
This year, 2022, they have removed the particular element from the course criteria.
Is there any course of action available?
