I wrote into court for an adjournment on medical health issues in a defamation case and and was told I had to get a letter from my GP. At the hearing the judge read out my conditions and medication to the other sides 3 representatives. It was adjourned but ever since friends of the other sides clients are emailing me belittling my health (mental) Issues which has been very upsetting to say the least, does a judge have the right to read out my GP letter without my permission?
