We have issues with a neighbour who we are along with others in the process of taking action under the environmental health act 1990
Along side this I am going to try a claim in the county court for damages for private nusciance
I have dealt with quite a few parking ticket cases so I not green in that respect .
I have plenty of case law including stuff from the supreme court
My issue is under what part do I start this claim.
is it a part 7 or part 8 claim.
I will be seeking damages ( maybe an injunction to)
I very much doubt I can use MCOL
