Does anyone know if this statement is true?
Any emails generated after the commencement of ACAS Conciliation are subject to legal professional privilege
I know this is true of all communications between the conciliator and both parties, but what about emails between staff within a company who communicate about another colleague- that cannot possibly be legally privileged can it? I thought legal privilege was all communication between a lawyer and their client/s (and obviously here the conciliator).
