I am due in court for an appeal against a conviction soon, during the last week my car has been shot at with a high powered .22 air rifle causing damage to the rear of the car.
No other cars in the estate were damaged this way, the pellets have been found. I have lived here for 18 years without any such issue. The angle would suggest that this came from the direction of one of the witnesses homes. I have reported both incidents to the Police but they have failed to investigate the matter.
I should point out that during the week prior to the original magistrates court hearing tyres on my car and caravan were also slashed again no action taken by the Police so I put up a CCTV camera.
As this is now becoming quite dangerous and worrying should I report this matter to the court before the hearing or should I bring up the matter to the Judge at the start of the appeal?
