Hi all,
I want to obtain some call recordings and notes from a mobile network company in order to submit to the Police investigation as to implicate suspect with regard to a Fraud . The phone company informed the Police officer , when he requested all these evidences , that a court order should be produced so all related evidence will be supplied. Police officer told me to get a court order and send to the phone company.
Therefore, Can I apply for a Court Order in this regard to submit to the phone company ? OR the Police Officer should apply for court order ?
If I should , then , How to apply to get a court order ? please help me..
