Sorry to burden you again but i have one more question before i make a decision what to do.
I currently have a contact order and PR to see my daughter once a fortnight in a contact centre. Due to myself and the mother not getting on at all, and this time it is mainly down to myself she is refusing to bring my daughter to the centre, i am not wanting to enforce the order as the judge may say i brought it on myself. So if i already have a contact order in place am i allowed to apply for another contact order and start from fresh at the very beginning and get a hearing??
