So I divorced 2012 and didn't get clean break agreement formalised (think depression, coerced to apply for divorce so ex could remarry and burying myself in hole to recover) and now having struggled to get new mortgage asked ex to take me off his property and we have been embroiled for a year toing and froing with solicitors and I'm 2k down and no where forward to an agreement.
On solicitors advice, as despite giving full financial disclosure the ex has not given any information, i set about applying to court, attended mediation which initially they agreed to but never replied to invites.
I've now been given a court date and wonder if i should go it alone or employ a solicitor? I've written to ex's solicitor today as been told by ex new wife no further contact.... only sent an email direct was told stop harassing which seems extreme.
Any advice would be helpful.
