  • Divorce and Charging Orders

Hi, my ex started divorce proceedings against me after I left her almost 4 years ago.
She got the decree nisi, but not the absolute.

The reasoning behind this was because the marital home has 4 charging orders on it in my name.

Now I don't want a penny out of the house, and she doesn't want to sell, as it's the kids home.

She won't divorce me until the financials are sorted.

I have no way of finding the 40k+ to pay the charging orders (I'm unemployed).

Is there anyway of transfering the house into her name (and probably her boyfriend's name) so that I can finally be divorced from her?

Obviously they're not going to want to take on my debts when they transfer the property over.

I'm stumped as to what to do?
