Child matters concluded 2 years ago - in the final order it sets out the terms of indirect contact (once monthly letters), although because it doesn't actually state in black and white that direct contact is not allowed, it means that the father thinks that he has the right to have direct contact when he asks for it. The children don't want any contact, and the order sets out that as they get older they will have more say about contact. Ex actually lives overseas, but when he comes to the UK he comes to the house - as he has just done - to dump stuff at the front door. One of my children's mental health has been severely impacted by fear of being forced to see father, as well as any attempts at contact (sent letters to them via their school). Currently seeing Camhs who have stated that. Ex has used family members and friends to "keep an eye" (as he says) on us as well as very occasionally drop things at the house. I want to be able to live free from the fear of him (or any of his flying monkeys) coming to the house, especially as it has had such a severe impact on one of my children. Can I apply for a non molestation order on that basis? If so, how do I go about doing that? Thanks in advance
Can I get a non-molestation order?
