  • Decree absolute done but agreed financial matters still outstanding

Partners decree absolute with his ex wife has been done about 6 weeks ago (petition 2017) however the agreement they came to is still outstanding, wondering if anyone can suggest where he goes from here.
Agreement between them was she keeps FMH, takes him off mortgage and pays him around 15k to pay off debts incurred during marriage.

To date he is still named on mortgage and she is ignoring any correspondence asking to move forward.

What course of action should he take? Any help appreciated
