Has anyone used a pension actuary to challenge CETV of ex-partners company pension, currently in payment? My ex had an excellent final salary (30/60) pension to which he contributed 9% of his salary for 15 years. His company was taken over & he was given option to freeze that pension or because he was over 55 he could opt to receive it with reduced benefits. He did this unbeknown to me. He is now trying to say it’s worth much less than projected figures but not sure I believe him. Any advice appreciated
