Hi all, after searching the internet and not being able to find any solid answers I thought I’d ask here. I’m getting married next year and have previously been divorced twice. What proof of freedom to marry again do I need to produce? I only ask this as the first time I married I changed my maiden name as women do, but when we divorced I kept my married name. A few years later we re married so my name didn’t have to change as it was my x husband I married again. Years later we divorced again and I kept my married name which I still have. So when I apply to marry again what will I need. My last divorce papers or the papers from previous divorce also? Thanks for any advice in advance.
