    New partner about to get a conviction

    I'm separated from my wife, for 2 years now, and the divorce is almost finalised.

    My ex wife has never liked my new partner because of the previous 'friend' association.

    My new parter, who has knows my kids since birth, and in the capacity of step-mom for the last 12 months, is about to get a conviction for fraud dating back 4 years. Is this something my ex-wife is able to use as leverage to stop her from being able to see my kids?

    Any help or advice you're able to provide would be much appreciated.
