What can I talk about?

I understand that there are strict reporting restrictions on family court proceedings. Do these restrictions still hold once proceedings are over? Do these restrictions extend to talking about solicitor correspondence that ocurred in the context of completed family proceedings? What about solicitor correspondence during a civil claim? I would like to use correspondence and solicitor invoices for the purpose of research and am wondering what I can use and what I cannnot. Where can I find more information?
