    Disciplinary

    I am under investigation for comments alleged to have been made in my own home to a friend who is also a colleague, they then went in to work and told the person, They have also are saying there are other issues, I have had a first investigation meeting and have the minutes that I could provide on a PM. I am now on a disciplinary for gross misconduct, I want to resign with immediate effect but don't want that on any subsequent references.
