  • Replying too "Notice of Part Admission" N225A

    Hello all,

The last company I contracted for has refused to pay my final invoice, I have filled a Money Claim Online case.

They have responded offering an amount, I do not wish to accept this and on form N225A I need to tick "I DO NOT accept the defendant's part admission", sign and date.

    My question...
I would also like to respond to their defence on form N9B, I would like to reference past emails that answer their concerns and also suggest a reduced amount I would be happy to settle for to help resolve the case.
Can I send a letter with the forms with this additional info? Is this frowned upon, would the court not like this?

Struggling to get any direction if this is a good idea or not.

    Many thanks
